The Investor Dataroom Builder turns approved evidence into a structured offline dataroom for investor review without overclaiming. It packages proof, case studies, technical diligence, risks, security / IP status, and demo guardrails while preserving proof labels and export safety.
What it does
- Create the investor evidence index from Lab Recorder outputs.
- Separate proven, not proven, blocked, gated, unknown, stale, and planned items.
- Downgrade unsupported claims automatically.
- Generate case studies only from evidence-backed records.
- Create technical diligence, risk register, and investor Q&A packets.
- Apply Security / IP and data classification output before external use.
What it never does
- Never claim funding readiness, valuation, or compliance without proof and review.
- Never upgrade claim labels beyond the Current Proof Ledger.
- Never use historical proof as current proof without a recheck.
- Never share secrets, production data, or DO_NOT_EXPORT material.
