Founder Operation Control Panel
The Founder Operation Control Panel gives the non-developer founder a safe, low-hand, plain-English surface for status, evidence, gates, preview, bugs, files, activity, Project Guide, Doctor, Bench, and Panic — without exposing the technical machine floor.
What it does
- Read real .foundergate project truth and evidence.
- Display status, run mode, release label, data class, next action, and blocked state.
- Show UNKNOWN / STALE / BLOCKED when data is missing or unverified.
- Keep the founder out of terminal, raw logs, raw code, and raw Git.
- Support Low-Hand Mode: large buttons, one-action cards, read-aloud summaries.
- Provide Project Guide as read-only explanation, not execution.
What it never does
- Never invent dashboard state when disk / Git / CI / evidence was not verified.
- Never treat UI display as proof.
- Never expose terminals, secrets, tokens, or production data to the founder.
- Never allow arbitrary command execution from chat or dashboard buttons.
